Why it's hard
Getting a whole team through is a management problem
It isn't just whether each rep studies. It's whether you can see, across everyone, who is on track before a deadline turns into a debarment.
You hire in cohorts
New reps arrive in intakes and every one of them starts the same 24-month DOFA clock. Tracking who is on track across a whole cohort in a spreadsheet doesn't scale.
Churn resets the clock
People leave mid-preparation and new joiners start from zero. Access you've already paid for walks out the door unless you can move it to someone else.

Team access, answered honestly

You pay once by card for the number of seats you need, with no subscription and no auto-renew. An invoice is issued for every purchase so you can file it against your training budget. PassPath is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown.
You see what you need to manage readiness: each employee's readiness score, per-topic mastery, activity (started and last active) and their deadline countdown. You cannot see an employee's individual answers or how they responded to any specific question. The dashboard shows aggregates and readiness, never someone's private answer history.
Each seat's 180 days begin when the learner accepts your invite, which is the moment the seat is assigned to them, not when you pay. So you can buy seats up front and invite people as they join: a seat sits unassigned, with its clock not yet running, until the invite is accepted.
One row per member with their name, course, readiness score and band (ready, borderline or below), coverage of the qualifying criteria, status, last active date and deadline countdown, formatted to file with your competence register. It never contains anyone's individual answers to questions.
Their account and progress stay with them, but you keep control of the seat. If they had already started, the seat runs out its 180 days; if the seat was never started, you can reassign it to a new joiner so the access you paid for isn't wasted.
Yes. Any seat that hasn't been started yet can be reassigned to a different employee from your dashboard, so a no-show or an early leaver doesn't cost you a seat.
No. PassPath is an independent preparation tool for your staff. The RE5 and RE1 are set and administered through Moonstone under the FSCA; we prepare your team for those exams but are not affiliated with, endorsed by or accredited by either.
Unstarted seats can be refunded in line with our Refund & Access policy. Once a seat has been assigned and started it has been used, so it isn't refundable, but you can always reassign an unstarted seat instead. See the Refund & Access page for the full terms.
