Why it's hard
Getting a whole team through is a management problem
It isn't just whether each rep studies. It's whether you can see, across everyone, who is on track before a deadline turns into a debarment.
You hire in cohorts
New reps arrive in intakes and every one of them starts the same 24-month DOFA clock. Tracking who is on track across a whole cohort in a spreadsheet doesn't scale.
Churn resets the clock

These are the same quick-pick quantities the app offers when you buy, at the same per-seat price: RE5 R249 a seat and RE1 R349 a seat, from 2 seats up. There is no pack discount to find: ten seats is simply ten seats. Any other number works too, and each seat's 180 days start when you assign it to a rep.

Need a formal quote first?
If your company needs a quote before it can raise a purchase order, email us. We send back a quote at the same per-seat price as buying online.
Once the quote is approved, sign up as a team admin and choose “Pay by EFT (invoice first)” when you buy seats. The app emails you the invoice with a payment reference, and your seats are released once we confirm the transfer, usually within one working day of it reflecting.

You pay once for the number of seats you need, with no subscription and no auto-renew. Pay by card through PayFast, or ask for an invoice and pay by EFT: invoices carry a PP00001 style reference, are due in 7 days and expire after 14, and the seats open once we mark the invoice paid. An invoice is issued for every purchase either way, so you can file it against your training budget. No VAT is charged. PassPath is not a registered VAT vendor.
You see what you need to manage readiness: each employee's readiness score, per-topic mastery, activity (started and last active) and their deadline countdown. You cannot see an employee's individual answers or how they responded to any specific question. The dashboard shows aggregates and readiness, never someone's private answer history.
Each seat's 180 days start the day your rep accepts the invite, not when you pay. So you can buy seats up front and invite people as they join: a seat sits unused, with its clock not yet running, until the invite is accepted.

Removing a rep ends their team access straight away; their own account and progress stay with them. If they had not started, the seat goes back to your pool for a new joiner; if they had started, the seat is used up.
Yes. Any seat that hasn't been started yet can be reassigned to a different employee from your dashboard, so a no-show or an early leaver doesn't cost you a seat.
No. PassPath is an independent preparation tool for your staff. The RE5 and RE1 are set and administered through Moonstone under the FSCA; we prepare your team for those exams but are not affiliated with, endorsed by or accredited by either.
Unstarted seats can be refunded in line with our Refund & Access policy. Once a seat has been assigned and started it has been used, so it isn't refundable, but you can always reassign an unstarted seat instead. See the Refund & Access page for the full terms.
